Your choices
You can download the free blueprint without subscribing. If you choose the unchecked subscription box, you agree to receive the blueprint and RE Media Systems emails about real estate photography workflows, gear, education and occasional offers. We ask you to confirm your subscription by email. This does not subscribe you to Scott Prokop Photography realtor marketing.
What we collect and why
When you subscribe, we send your first name, email address, signup time, signup IP address, source and consent wording version to Mailchimp. Mailchimp processes confirmation, email delivery and subscriber preferences, and records confirmation information. We use this information to provide the requested email subscription, document consent and honour your choices.
WordPress uses signed form checks and short-lived hashed network and email identifiers to help prevent spam and repeated requests. Network rate-limit records expire after ten minutes without a new attempt, email cooldown records after one hour, and used form-token records after two hours. Our signup code does not write names or email addresses to application logs. The hosting service may keep ordinary web request logs for security and operations.
Service providers
Mailchimp handles the mailing list and email delivery. Our WordPress hosting provider processes website requests. If you allow conversion measurement on the blueprint page, Google Analytics processes measurement data. Providers may process information outside Canada under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Measurement is optional
Conversion measurement on the blueprint page is off until you select it in “How we use your information.” Your choice lasts for the current page visit and resets on reload. When allowed, Google Analytics may process cookies, device and network information and events such as starting the form or clicking the download link. We do not send your name or email as analytics event parameters. You can change the choice in the same dialog.
Delivery emails may use link tracking so we can understand whether the guide was accessed. Open tracking is disabled in the blueprint delivery flow. Download clicks and accepted signup requests are not proof of a completed download or a confirmed subscription. This notice describes the blueprint flow; other site pages may have their own tracking settings.
Retention and requests
We keep subscription information while needed to provide the subscription, document consent and honour unsubscribe choices. We may retain limited suppression and consent records after you unsubscribe. Contact Scott to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We review requests in light of the service, the records involved and applicable obligations.
Unsubscribe at any time
Use the unsubscribe link in any RE Media Systems marketing email, or contact scott@remediasystems.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from using the free download.
